::NOTE : I will only accept modest backgrounds that I believe I can do satisfactorily.  I reserve the right to cancel a modes background and refund the cost of it.

the Types

For all commissioned artwork except Base artworks, you will receive a 10x15" 600dpi digital copy of your artwork in .png format.  Smaller sizes and .jpeg format is available upon request.  The artwork will be delivered via Sta.sh; however, DropBox, Google Drive, SkyDrive, and Email (if the file size is small enough) will be available upon request.

Sketch (Digital) :

A sketch,  with either no shading, scribble shading or simple shading (as per preference).  No backgrounds available for sketches (although simple environmental factors like blowing leaves or bubbles is fine).
No WIPs available except for design commisson . 

Shaded (Digital) :

A cleaned sketch or lineless in semi-complicated grayscale shading.  No backgrounds available for sketches (although simple environmental factors are fine).  A reference image of the character or multiple of the outfit, hairstyle, body type, nonhuman parts, etc.  must be provided for this commission if it is a specific character.  This is not a design commisson.

Simple Colour (Digital) :

A sketch with simple colouring.  No backgrounds currently available for simple colour commissions (although flat colour and simple environmental factors are fine).

Full Colour (Digital) :

A cleaned sketch or lineless with full colour and shading.  Simple backgrounds available.  A reference image of the character or multiple of the outfit, hairstyle, body type, nonhuman parts, etc.  must be provided for this commission if it is a specific character.  This is not a design commisson.

Base (Digital) :

Design commission only.  Styles drawn onto pre-created base shown below.  Details are limited to what can be fit onto the base only.  Simple colours allowed.  Humanoid only.

Design (Digital):

Character design commission, human and humanoid only.  This will always be fullbody and comes with a front view - side and back views are optional.  This commission comes available only in sketch and simple colour. 
I can work with description (you have a lot of specifics regarding the design) or without (you have few or no design specifics).  Design commissions are watermarked more heavily when uploaded, but you will get a watermark free version.

the Payment

For all commissions, there is the option of payment up front.
For Full Colour, Shaded, and Batches, there is the option of 50-50 split - 50% up front, 50% upon completion.
For Full Colour and Batches, there is the option of 30-30-40 - 30% up front, 30% at flats/midpoint, 40% upon completion.

the Rules

 

• There is to be no hate art.  This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.  I will let you know if I consider what you want hate art
 
• Commissions must abide by dA's rules
 
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason
 
• I reserve the right to post the work to my online galleries, unless you purchase 'private commission'.
 
•   Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.  If you would like a commission for commercial use, please contact me.
 
• DO NOT PAY until I have given you the go ahead and payment instructions.  Unauthorized payment will not be regarded as a contract of service

the Rights

What I Get

Some rights for the finished piece belong to myself, the artist.  I will post watermarked versions of it to any of my online galleries at my discretion, unless a 'private commission' is purchased. 

What You Get

You, the commissioner, get the nonexclusive right to personal, non-commercial display and sharing of the piece.  All online sharing must credit me as the artist.

You may modify the artwork in any way; doing so does not mean that I condone any messages that the changes signify.
